Our Process
Pretreatment: Iron Phosphate Coating & Pure Water Rinse. This increases powder coating bonding and prevents rust.
Powder Coating Process: Powder is applied electrostatically in a high air flow filtered booth, ensuring no outside contamination.
Curing: After the product has been powder coated, it is placed in a 12’x12’x15’ oven to bring the metal to the optimal temperature, curing the powder onto the metal to provide complete protection and adhesion.
